Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. Existing items converted into
[Charred Glyph].
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Re-added and redesigned: Targets affected by your
[Hand of Gul'dan] damage over time are now also snared by 50%. Now requires 3
[Warbinder's Ink] and 295 Inscription (was 430), and is learned from
[Research: Warbinder's Ink] (was
[Book of Glyph Mastery]).
