Glory of the Cataclysm Hero is a meta dungeon & raids achievement earned for the completion a set of heroic dungeon achievements in Cataclysm instances. There is at least one achievement for every Cataclysm 5-man instance.
This achievement will also reward you with the 
[Reins of the Volcanic Stone Drake].
