Notes
Pick up 
[10-40] Lost Lumberjacks before heading out. Exit the garrison to the south and cut east across the northern Plains of Serenity to find the Lost Packmule. Kill Gloomshade Howlers, Gloomshade Fungi, and Gloomshade Gulpers for ribs, spores, and legs respectively.
You can also choose to pick this up separately from the List of Ingredients.
