Hotfix (2024-04-03): Fixed an issue where this trinket was dropping at an incorrect item level. - Patch 10.2.6 (2024-03-19): Significantly reworked: Imbue your abilities with the globe's powers gaining 50 charges of Frozen Wellspring. Dealing damage consumes a charge dealing 132 additional Frost damage and apply Wellspring's Frost, slowing enemy movement speed by 2% per stack.
