Patch changes

• Hotfix (2023-11-21): Now increases the damage of Ignite, [Fireball], and [Scorch] by 40% (was 100%) and decreases maximum health by 15% (was 20%).
  
• Hotfix (2023-06-05): Now decreases maximum health by 20% (was 15%)
  
• Hotfix (2023-05-15): Fixed an issue that caused Glass Cannon to not increase the damage of Ignite.
  
• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Now increases damage of Fireball and Scorch by 100% (was 40%) and now also increases the damage of Mastery: Ignite.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Added.
