Hotfix (2023-12-19): Damage increased by 6%. Does not apply to PvP.
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Cast time reduced by 0.5 seconds and damage increased by 7%.
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Damage reduced by 5% in PvP combat (was 15%).
Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Now deals 15% less damage and its Mastery scaling is now 60% effective (was 75%) in PvP combat.
