Gaze of the Val'kyr is a Fury warrior artifact trait gained from the Warswords of the Valarjar. This is a hidden trait that does not appear in either your spellbook or the artifact traits pane.

Gaze of the Val'kyr will sometimes trigger when you are reduced to 0 hit points, preventing your demise for 8 seconds and restoring you to 50% health if you kill your enemy within that time. Whether or not it triggers appears to be random.
