Patch changes

• Hotfix (2022-06-24): Now reduces the time between how often players can take your [Demonic Gateway] by 30 seconds (was 15 seconds).
  
• Patch 9.2.5 (2022-05-31): Now learned at level 49 (was 30).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available for all Warlocks. Level reduced to 30 (was 80).
  
• Hotfix (2018-12-13): Fixed a bug that caused Gateway Mastery to reduce the duration of the Demonic Gateway debuff by more than 15 seconds.
