Gaeriyan is a human ghost roaming the cliffs northeast of Gadgetzan in Tanaris. He can only be seen while the player is dead. Donova Snowden sent adventurers to seek him out (equipped with a  [Videre Elixir], a convenient means of attaining ghost form so they could speak to him) so that he could tell them how to finish improving Linken's sword, more specifically by revealing the secret hidden under A Conspicuous Gravestone in the Gadgetzan graveyard.
