Patch changes

  • The War Within Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Global cooldown is now properly reduced by Haste.
  • The War Within Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Redesigned – A sweeping attack that strikes all enemies in front of you for Frost damage. This attack always critically strikes and critical strikes with Frostscythe deal normal damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Consuming Killing Machine reduces the cooldown of Frostscythe by 1 second. Now has a 30 second cooldown and Rune cost increased to 2 (was 1). Damage increased by 5%.
    Old: A sweeping attack that strikes all enemies in front of you for (17.227% of Attack power) Frost damage. This attack benefits from Killing Machine. Critical strikes with Frostscythe deal 4 times normal damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
  • Dragonflight Hotfix (2024-01-18): Now works with [Bonegrinder] talent.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Damage is now increased by 50% in PvP combat.
  • Dragonflight Hotfix (2023-02-06): Frostscythe damage increased by 35%.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 5 Frost talent (was a level 35 Frost talent).
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): No longer maximum target capped. Now deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets instead.
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 35 (was 60). Can now be used with two-handed weapons. Capped at 5 targets.
  • Battle for Azeroth Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now requires level 60 (was 90).
  • Legion Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Can now proc [Rime] and [Thronebreaker].
  • Legion Hotfix (2016-09-23): Damage increased by 13%.
