Frost Resistance is a passive racial ability of all dwarves granting them a 1% reduction to all Frost Damage taken.

Patch changes

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned. Now reduces all frost damage taken by 1%.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Now grants frost resistance by an amount equal to the caster's level.
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Enemy players can now counter this racial with additional hit chance.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Redesigned. Now reduces the chance to be hit by frost spells by 2%.
Previously granted +10 frost resistance at all levels.
Patch 1.1.0 (2004-11-07): Added.
