After 4 sec, the bomb explodes, dealing 4600 Frost damage to the primary target, and 1 Frost damage to all other targets within 10 yds. All affected targets are slowed by 70% for 2 sec. Frost Bomb's countdown and cooldown are reduced by haste. This spell is strongest when it can hit 5 or more targets with the explosion.;

Patch changes

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Removed.
Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Damage increased by 5%.
Hotfix (2016-07-26): Now procs on the impact of Ice Lance that benefits from Shatter, rather than on cast.
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now available at level 90 (was 75).
Hotfix (2014-10-17): Damage increased by 25%.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14):
- Now lasts 12 seconds, has no cooldown, and explodes every time the target is hit by the mage's [Ice Lance] while frozen. The damage per explosion has been reduced by 75% to compensate.
- Now only available to Frost.
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now deals 70% damage to players (up from 60%).
Hotfix (2013-03-12): Now deals 40% more damage. Frost Bomb now deals 60% of its damage when used against other players, down from 80%.
Hotfix (2012-12-13): Will now detonate after 4 seconds (was 6 seconds), and the damage it deals to other players has been reduced by 20%.
Hotfix (2012-11-29): Fixed an issue that made it possible to detonate Frost Bomb twice under rare circumstances.
Patch 5.1.0 (2012-11-27): Will now detonate after 6 seconds, up from 5 seconds. Detonation speed is still affected by haste.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
