Frost Blocks are large ice blocks found in Icecrown Citadel during 
[10-45] The Frozen Flame. They contain Frozen Geists and will shatter upon being approached or destroyed by the player, releasing the geist within. If a block is destroyed by being approached by a player, the following message will be displayed.
- Your movements have caused a Frost Block to break open!
