Fresh Chum can be found in Buckets of Fresh Chum on board The Silver Blade or The Crimson Dawn on the waters of The Sea Reaver's Run while on the quest

•  [25-30 Daily] What Do You Feed a Yeti, Anyway?.

Use the chum while in the water to summon either a North Sea Mako, a North Sea Blue Shark, a North Sea Thresher or an Angry Kvaldir. The sharks will drop  [North Sea Shark Meat], of which three are required for the quest.
