Hi all. I'd like to get some input on formatting preference / standardization of items a vendor has for sale. Looking at a random sampling of vendor pages already, there appears to be no set standard/format on how items for sale by a vendor are listed. I have seen bullet lists, tables, boxes, text, links, etc... Any insight on this is appreciated. --DLanyon (talk) 14:31, November 24, 2009 (UTC)

I would like to have {{itembox}} to be used for vendors with small lists. Besides that I want to use transcludable pages more often in case of Trade Good Vendors, Armor Vendors, General Good Vendors, Profession Supplies Vendors. Those transcludable pages have a fixed part and a part that varies by means of arguments. Hans Kamp (talk) 15:25, November 24, 2009 (UTC)

I guess I should state my preference too. I prefer a unified table design, that way regardless of how many items a vendor has, ALL vendor pages will have the same format/layout/ appearance. I can see the need for some slight variation in the actual columns as with most things there are variations of vendors. But, I would like to see an agreed upon 'base' to build off of. I agree with Hans, transcludable for common vendors would be helpful, as there are numerous pages for vendors out there who all sell the same items.
