i was happy to learn of wowpedia, and anxious to stop using *cough* wowwiki... however, my first impressions were disappointing because i was not seeing the mouse-over tooltips that display just fine in wowwiki and wowhead as two examples. here on wowpedia, i get the tooltip displayed in all its glory, and over every item i mouse over ONCE. if i go back to one of the items i moused over, i see an empty slim frame with NOTHING inside every time. now if i refresh the page, the process repeats again, allowing me only to see the tooltip once.

i'm using ie9 on windows 7. i do have javascript enabled. i have tried turning on/off the gadgets for wowhead and mmo-champion with no observed changes.

i would really appreciate if anyone could help me, perhaps you are having similar issues. i would love to substitute the old with the new (wowpedia), but this is such a helpful feature...

thank you for any assistance one can give me. much appreciated!--Menace97 (talk) 03:03, 22 November 2011 (UTC)

We'll look at it. FYI, using a browser other than IE should help in the meanwhile. --Pcj (TDrop me a line!C207,729 contributions and counting) 03:54, 22 November 2011 (UTC)

It's been over two years, and it's now IE11... and still happening for me.--Mondoblasto (talk) 15:46, 18 August 2014 (UTC)

Noticed recently that the tooltips are now fixed. Sweetness.Mondoblasto (talk) 21:20, 9 October 2014 (UTC)

I've been getting (or not getting as the case may be) a new problem as item preview links will not show up. All I get is "<Item> is a <quality> quality item." It's only in IE (of course) and only this site. There must be something that I can do on my end to make it work again? --Mondoblasto (talk) 08:00, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
