Notes and trivia

Hotfix (2023-12-05):
- Fixed an issue that caused Fortifying Brew's damage reduction to be higher than intended in PvP combat.
- Damage reduction is no longer increased in PvP combat (was 30%).
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Now reduces damage taken by 30% in PvP combat (was 20%).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 5 class talent (was a level 28 ability). Rank 2 converted into the [Fortifying Brew: Determination] talent.
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Fortifying Brew's cooldown now resets when an encounter ends for Windwalker and Mistweaver Monks.
Hotfix (2020-11-20): The cooldown of Fortifying Brew is now correctly 6 minutes.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13):
- All monks can now use Fortifying Brew (was Brewmaster/Mistweaver only). Now learned at level 28 (was 24).
- Cooldown is now 6 minutes (was 7 minutes).
- Stagger now increased by Rank 2 at level 48, for Brewmaster only.
