Formula: Enchant Weapon - Scourgebane is sold by  Vanessa Sellers <Shard Trader>^[38, 40] for 10 .

Notes

As of December 26, 2009, the formula reads "Enchant Weapon - Scourgebane," but the enchant is called "Enchant 2H Weapon - Scourgebane." It will only enchant a two-handed weapon.
