The First Key Fragment needs to be retrieved in the questline to gain entry into the 10-man raid dungeon, Karazhan. It is found in The Shadow Labyrinth near Murmur after defeating Grandmaster Vorpil. Clicking the Arcane Container will summon First Fragment Guardian.

Tips

• It is possible for classes with stealth to the container after Grandmaster Vorpil's death. However, the container has a 70 elite guard that can be soloed. Each and only members in the instance party at the guards death can loot the fragment, but the body can disappear after time so be warned.
