Fire Specialization is one of the passive specialization bonuses gained by a Mage when specializing into the Fire-tree at level 10. It simply increases the damage of the Mage's Fire-spells, which "ensures" that the Mage will be using Fire-spells instead of Arcane- and Frost-spells, thus making it an Fire-Mage.
