Final Reckoning is a Retribution paladin talent.
It is an exclusive choice node with 
[Execution Sentence].
Patch changes
Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Targets now also take 15% increased damage from non-single target Holy Power abilities. 
Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21):
- Now lasts 10 seconds (was 9 seconds), and now causes your target to take 30% bonus damage from your next Holy Power ability (was 50%).
- Final Reckoning damage reduced by 4.5%.
- Moved to row 9 (was row 10) as a choice node with [Execution Sentence].
- Final Reckoning's passive effect has been removed.
- Old: While off cooldown, your attacks have a high chance to call down a bolt that deals (50% of Attack power) Holy damage and causes the target to take 10% increased damage from your next Holy Power ability.
- Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Damage reduced by 20% in PvP combat.
- Hotfix (2023-01-09): Damage increased by 15%.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 10 Retribution talent (was a level 50 Retribution talent).
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Holy damage taken increase is now reduced by 50% in PvP Combat (was reduced by 40%). - Hotfix (2020-12-07): Final Reckoning] increases the damage of Holy Power abilities by 30% in PvP situations (was 50%).
- Hotfix (2020-11-09): Increased damage taken reduced to 35% (was 50%).
