Fates of the Shadowlands Raids is a feat of strength earned by completing all three Fated raids in Shadowlands Season 4.
The achievement rewards [Jigglesworth, Sr.], based on the Gooey Slimesaber--one of the choices from the Choose the Next Shadowlands Mount community vote that did not win.
Notes
It is not possible to obtain this achievement on Raid Finder difficulty.[1] Though this was not initially made clear by the achievement text, at the start of Season 4 it was updated in an undocumented hotfix to state that it required "Normal difficulty or higher".
Patch changes
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Moved from Dungeons & Raids to a Feat of Strength. 
Hotfix (2022-08-01): Now states "on Normal difficulty or higher". - Patch 9.2.5 (2022-05-31): Added.
