Patch changes

Hotfix (2021-08-12):
- Fallen Priest's Blessing will now grant more damage to [Devouring Plague], [Penance], and [Holy Word: Chastise] when acquiring multiple stacks of the power.
- Fallen Priest's Blessing will no longer gain stacks when [Purge the Wicked] deals damage.
Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Added as a replacement for [Art of Phantasmal Healing].
