Extinguishing Pandaria- Desecrate the Alliance's bonfire in Pandaria's Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Extinguishing Pandaria is an achievement awarded for extinguishing the opposing side's bonfires.
In the Horde version, the character must complete 
[1-70] Desecrate this Fire! for the Alliance bonfire in Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
The Alliance bonfire is a few yards away from the Horde bonfire outside the entrance to Mogu'shan Palace at [79.7, 37.3].
