During  [WoW's 11th Anniversary], this item was found inside  [Anniversary Gift]. During  [WoW's 12th Anniversary], it could be purchased from Historian Llore in Stormwind City or Historian Ju'pa in Orgrimmar at a cost of 200 . It transforms the player who uses it into Edwin VanCleef.
