Exaltation is a conduit for discipline priests. Its effects change depending on whether or not the 
[Spirit Shell] talent has been taken. It drops from Halkias in the Halls of Atonement and the Nine in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
