- Use: Permanently attach an eternal belt buckle onto a belt, adding a socket to the belt.
Attaching the belt buckle causes the item to become soulbound. Cannot be used on items level 38 or higher. - Requires Level 27

Additional Information
When added to a belt, the buckle creates a prismatic socket on the item which accepts all gems except for meta gems.
Note that it can be added to a belt that already has one or two sockets.
Only one belt buckle can be added per belt.
Gems added to the socket will not help you achieve the color match bonus of the item; however, they do contribute towards the activation of a Meta gem.
This does stack with 
[Frag Belt].
