Erefor Pelija is a member of the Defias Brotherhood. He was one of the architects in charge of rebuilding Stormwind. He helped design the eastern merchants' block. Brann Bronzebeard had worked under him during the construction. Brann ran into him during a trip in Westfall. Erefor did not remember him. They had a chat together, allowing Brann to learn a little bit about the Brotherhood.

Erefor sends a bill to Stormwind quarterly asking for payments due with interest.
