The quartermaster's goods are only available for purchase by characters wearing the  [Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade] or  [Cropped Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade]. The ensemble adds the appearances of the now partially-removed Chain of the Scarlet Crusade set to the Appearances tab of any existing and future plate characters on the account.
