Hotfix (2024-09-06): No longer has reduced effectiveness in PvP (was -20%).
Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Now grants 15% Strength (was 20%).
Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Strength increased to 20% (was 10% per point). Now a 1-point talent.
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Strength increase is now 80% effective in PvP combat.
