Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Redesigned – Movement impairing effects have a chance to grant you Enrage each second while active. While Enraged, loss of control effects have a chance to grant you Recklessness for 4 seconds when they fade.
Old: Increases the duration of your Enrage effect by 1 sec, and your Raging Blows extend the duration of your Enrage by 1.5 sec.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 28 honor talent to a PvP talent. Renamed from Endless Rage to Enduring Rage.
Hotfix (2017-02-21): Endless Rage now increases the duration of Enrage by 1 second (was 2 seconds).
