Enchanter Farendin is a blood elf found in the Godan's Runeworks shop in the Drag in Orgrimmar.
After Vol'jin's death, he was seen standing in front of the building.
Patch changes
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer has any interaction dialogue due to the removal of reforging from the game. 
Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): No longer an arcane reforger and now refers players to the new reforger. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Added, replacing the Arcane Reforger.
