Empowered Water Elementals are bound water elementals summoned by Justine Frost in the Arathi Highlands during the Battle for Stromgarde, appearing in both versions.
Abilities
- Frostbolt Volley - Inflicts 44 Frost damage to nearby enemies, reducing their movement speed for 7 sec.
- Ice Eruption - Inflicts 49 Frost damage to enemies on a line in front of the caster.
