Emerald Encrusted Chest is a quest reward from 
[15-30] Kum'isha's Endeavors (retail) or [55] To Serve Kum'isha and [55] Kum'isha's Endeavors (Classic).
It can contain classic world drops, including bags, recipes, gems, and uncommon through epic equipment. Each chest will always contain a rare piece of equipment, and has a chance to contain up to two items from the other types or qualities. The most frequent outcomes are a rare item and nothing else, or a rare item and an uncommon item.
