Elune's Candle can be used as a weapon against the outdoor raid boss Omen and to slow the accompanying Minions of Omen.
The launcher can also be used for the visual effect of a firework shot and exploding at the target. It can be fired at almost any targetable character or object, including players and non-players, and friendly, hostile, and non-combat targets. It does not damage or aggro enemies other than those related to Omen.
