Elling Trias is a former rogue (at least in vocation) in Stormwind City who sends players out on part of The Missing Diplomat quest chain. Elling owns and works from Trias' Cheese. The coin suggests that this is more than just a cover, and that in becoming a cheesemaker he has fulfilled his life's dream.
