The Elite Footmen were strong footmen in the Kul Tiras army, they served under Admiral Proudmoore.
They appear with different models in Old Hatreds and A Blaze of Glory, looking either like normal Footmen or Navy Swordsmen.

- Defend does not reflect attacks to buildings, and its chance of reflection against units is 30%.
