Attaching the belt buckle causes the item to become soulbound. Cannot be used on items level 38 or higher. - Requires Level 30

Notes
The socket added is a prismatic socket. If the belt already has sockets, the new socket will appear below them, and leaving it empty won't suppress the socket bonus. The buckle won't add a socket bonus.
This is the only type of enhancement that can be applied to a belt, unless the wearer is an engineer.
