• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer causes  [Physical Vulnerability].
  
• Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Now causes [Plague Strike] to inflict [Frost Fever], in addition to its other effects.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned as a level 68 Unholy ability (was a tier 6 Unholy talent). Increases the damage your diseases deal by 60%, and causes your [Blood Plague] to also apply the Physical Vulnerability effect.

  Old: Your Plague Strike, Icy Touch, Chains of Ice, and Outbreak abilities also infect their target with Ebon Plague, which increases damage taken from your diseases by 15/30% and all magic damage taken by an additional 8%.
  

• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved to tier 6 (was tier 9) and reduced from 3 ranks to 2. Ebon Plague is now caused by Plague Strike, [Icy Touch], [Chains of Ice], and [Outbreak] (was an upgrade to [Crypt Fever]).
  
• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): It is no longer possible for Ebon Plague to have a duration longer than the disease which caused it. It will no longer stack with Crypt Fever used by another character.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
