Early Frost is a Frost mage talent that reduces the cast time of [Frostbolt] by milliseconds, if you are in the middle of casting Frostbolt and stop, the internal cooldown will still pop.

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
  
• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now reduces Frostbolt cast time by 0.3/0.6 seconds, down from 0.35/0.70 seconds.
