Eagan Peltskinner is a human quest giver located just in Northshire Valley just north of the entrance to Northshire Abbey in Elwynn Forest. He once tasked adventurers with hunting Young Wolves and later destroying Diseased Young Wolves that had appeared in the Valley.
When the Northshire Valley was attacked by the forces of Count Clessington, Eagan was wounded and knocked at his usual spot, surrounded by two Defias Bandits.
