• You abandoned your group and must wait before using Dungeon Finder or Raid Finder again.
• Duration: 30 minutes

Dungeon Deserter is the debuff a player receives if they leave a dungeon group before it has killed one of the primary targets.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2016-12-06): Players in a dungeon during a server shutdown should no longer receive the Deserter debuff.
  
• Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Wording changed to include the raid finder.
  
• Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): Duration increased to 30 minutes, up from 15.
  
• Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): Added.
