Drop Dead, Gorgeous is an achievement rewarded for collecting a full set of Tier 3 armor for a single class from the original level 60 Naxxramas.
Sources
Though the original Naxxramas was removed in patch 3.0.2, this achievement remains attainable by purchasing tier 3 pieces via the Black Market Auction House.
As each realm has its own separate black market auction listings, this achievement may be obtained faster by collecting different pieces of a single set on multiple realms. As Tier 3 has no class restrictions, each piece's appearance is collected so long as the character that purchased the item can equip it and it matches their class' preferred armor type (leather for Monks, for example).

The rings that are part of each tier 3 set are not required to complete the achievement or unlock the set appearance.
Unlike other appearance achievements, this achievement does not display under the Appearances category, but instead is a hidden Feat of Strength.
Trivia
- The name of the achievement is likely in reference to the 1999 American film Drop Dead Gorgeous.
- Naxxramas is the only raid to have two appearance achievements, the other one being
[Undying Aesthetic].
