Dreamstate is a Balance Druid talent that increases mana regeneration.

Patch changes

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Now increases the effect of Innervate by 15/30% instead of regenerating mana based on a percentage of Intellect. Moved from tier 6 to tier 5 and reduced to 2 ranks.
Old: Regenerate mana equal to 4/7/10% of your Intellect every 5 sec, even while casting.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Moved from tier 7 to tier 6.
