The Dragonflayer Vrykul Prisoner is a vrykul located in the cells underneath Westguard Keep in the Howling Fjord. He is involved in the quest 
[10-30] Absholutely... Thish Will Work!, in which you force him to drink 
[Peppy's Special Mix]. He promptly turns into a pile of green goo, much to the disgust of the Westguard Defenders watching.
