Dinah Halfmoon is a tauren quest giver located at the Mor'shan Rampart on the border of the Northern Barrens and Ashenvale. She can be found kneeling over the corpse of a fallen Horde soldier.
Dinah is the daughter of a revered shaman, and is more powerful than she appears.[1]
