Diabolic Bovines are spectral cows found in the "Secret Cow Level", a special phased version of the Yorgen Farmstead in Duskwood available during Diablo's 20th Anniversary.
Trivia
- The "moo" sounds emitted by these mobs are similar to those emitted by the Hell Bovines in the original Secret Cow Level in Diablo II.
- The Diabolic Bovines are the only hostile cow mobs in the game.
