Desecrated Plate Bracers are a tier 3 armor material. Combining them with 70 
[Phylacterweave] and 10 
[Righteous Orb] will turn them into a 
[Dreadnaught Bracers] when used by a warrior, or 
[Redemption Wristguards] when used by a paladin.
