Demon's Souls is an achievement earned from defeating Azzakel without killing any demons during the encounter in Auchindoun on Heroic difficulty. The best way to complete this is to avoid using AoE abilities, and activating 
[Bloodlust]/
[Heroism] (Or any similar effects) after Azzakel flies back down to the ground before the party is overwhelmed by the demons.
