Two Defias Watchmen once guarded Rhahk'Zor. A few others were found in various parts of the Deadmines, but overall there were not many of them.
Abilities
Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
Strategy
Kill First. They do decent damage but are non-elite and have little HP.
Drops
They had a chance to drop a 
[Defias Rapier].

Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed.
